Win or lose, the Bel-Air Lions and Norsemen have fun!

The Bel-Air Copeland Lions and Norsemen Football Club has been a fixture in the Carlington community for over 35 years. In 2002, the Norsemen Midgets, formerly of the OMFL, were welcomed into the Bel-Air organization, giving the Club 5 levels of football for youth to enjoy. Our club has been a proud member of the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) since 1962.

This club is about children. There are currently over 200 children from ages 8-19 playing with the Lions and Norsemen. Our coaches and volunteers all share a love for kids of all ages and a love for sharing the game of football with them.

This club is about teamwork. The Lions and Norsemen rely on players, parents and members of the community to run the organization and provide opportunities for kids to play football in Ottawa.

This team is about community. The Lions have helped hundreds of kids enjoy football and taught them the value of community and team work. Many former players have returned to help the Club with coaching and fundraising. Currently, 6 of our coaches played Bel-Air football in their youth!

This club is about having fun. More than anything else, the Lions and Norsemen are about having fun doing something that you love to do!
