The Football Ontario/Football Canada 2023 Membership Registration ($22.50) will be paid online at the end of the registration process.

The Bel-Air Flag Football registration fees are $140 and due in cash at the annual BBQ in May. Details to follow at a later date.

The season will begin May 15, 2023 – John smith field @ Raven park – 1500 Larose Ave, Ottawa, ON

A kickoff tournament is tentatively scheduled for the long weekend in May. 

There will be four to six practices prior to the first game on Saturday May 27, 2022.

Following the first game, there will be one to two practices per week and will be held on weeknights. Days TBD.

• Boys/Open is open to girls
• Games will be played on Saturdays.
• Mouth guards are mandatory.
• Black or dark coloured shorts without pockets are mandatory.
• Cleats are strongly recommended.
• Jerseys and flags will be provided. 

Championship weekend is scheduled for the weekend of June 24-26th.

Games will be played throughout the city and follow Football Canada 5v5 rules.

Financial support if necessary may be possible through programs such as Jumpstart. If unsuccessful then fee Payments can be discussed with John Smith
