Ottawa Race Weekend 2017

Hello Everyone and welcome to the start of another great year with Bel-Air Copeland Lions Football.

To start the year off as we have done so in the past Bel-Air Copeland Lions are yet again volunteering to be apart of the Ottawa Race weekend waterstation, and helping out by serving water to runners! As this is Canada’s 150th Birthday we expect it to be the biggest participation in runners for this event yet.

We are looking for volunteers for this day (and volunteer hours for school count towards this) send an email to Rachael with your full details

Manzur is yet again our Waterstation leader and he will be providing us with more details closer to raceday!

Here is a bit of information:

*Race Day:* Sunday, May 28, 2017

*Place:* Queen Elizabeth Drive, between 5th Ave. and Lansdowne Park east gate #4 beside the Rideau Canal.

*Arrival time:*5:45am

*Start work at:*6:00am

*Finish work at:* Around 10:30am

*T-shirts & caps:* Available for you at our water station on the race day morning.

*Parking:* details to come.

*Breakfast:*  Manzur normally provides -Donuts, muffins, coffee, and orange juice
